Check-In: Guest meet ‘n greet, key exchange, & hosted walk-through
The check in service is your chance to have someone meet and greet your guests upon arrival. This is a business and there’s no better way to have your guests’ first experience at your business be a meeting at the time of arrival.
- Before the guests arrive, we turn on lights, prepare the heat or AC, set up the (optional) welcome package, and generally ensure the property is ready for vacationers.
- We walk your guests through your home and highlight its many features, for both utility and safety purposes, including audio/video equipment, remote controls, heating/AC, pool/hot tub controls, outdoor lighting, BBQ equipment, and more.
- We provide a smooth key (or key code) transition for peace of mind.
24/7/365 Availability
We’re there for your guests – morning, noon, and night – so you don’t have to be. We handle questions like how to work the hot tub and minor inconveniences like the closet doors came off the tracks. You’ll let us know what items need your involvement and we’ll take care of the rest.
Check-Out: Key exchange, walk-through, and report
We make sure your guests had a great time and returned everything to normal upon departure:
- Collect the keys.
- All rooms look as expected (minor cleaning excepted) following check-out.
- Make sure the lights all still work, electronics and other valuables are in their places, furniture isn’t moved around, etc.
- We provide you with a detailed report after each guest check-out.
Welcome Package – From Concierge & Company
Our welcome package is a wonderful complementary add-on for your concierge services. We take great pride in crafting packages that are unique, thoughtful, and sure to put a smile on your guests’ faces (and set the tone for a fantastic stay). Welcome package gifts might include wine, coffee, popcorn, trail mix, chocolates, and, if we’re lucky, a local delicacy.
